2025 Fall Festival Game & Trunk Registration

October 26, from 4:00 - 6:30 pm | This is to confirm that you and your family will be participating with a decorated trunk for our Fall Festival on Sunday, October 26, from 4 - 6:30 pm. Thank you.

This form is to register to provide a game or trunk only. We encourage each family to plan something fun for the kids. This can be done from a trunk, or set up outside your vehicle.  A game, some type of activity, or maybe a craft would be great. Pinterest has lots of fun ideas.
